Read and Discuss the Immigrant Saga Novel:  The Foxtail Legacy

At a Cozy Gathering with Alumni Author  David Abromowitz '78

Get your hands on the novel, The Foxtail Legacy, perhaps here, and prepare for a wide-ranging discussion with the author, David Abromowitz '78, with snacks!, on Sunday, March 24 from 3 to 5 pm, at the home of Mary and John Koger '86 and '85, in Dedham, just off of Route 128.  We'll send you further contact info when you register below.

The novel, which spans from Czarist Russia, to South Africa under the Boer, eventually to the heart of New Jersey and the Shore, delves into the experiences of 3 generations, including a quintessential coming to America story and plenty of family intrigue.  There is much to discuss about the novel--but also about David's journey to become a novelist--how he did it and what he might recommend to others with a saga in them!

Here's an article from the PAW about the book--including a short excerpt.   Looking forward to a fun and interesting one-off event!

This is a free event but it is useful for us if you RSVP your intention to join in so we can plan for seating and snacks.
