Join us at the professional Ultimate Frisbee game on June 2, Friday, in Boston - New Work Empire vs. Boston Glory!
Many of us have tossed a Frisbee, but competitive Ultimate takes the fun to a much higher level. It is one of few sports with mixed teams and is self-refereed where players call their own fouls. This promotes self-advocacy, confidence-building, and timely conflict resolution. Unlike many other sports, Asian Americans are highly represented in all levels of Ultimate competition.
Come cheer for Vivian Ling '94's son Matthias's team - the New York Empire - which was the AUDL league champion last year. Both NY and Boston haven’t lost a game so far this year, so it will be an exciting game to watch.
