Evening on Climate Change in Boston
Led by Local Advocate Trained by Al Gore
For alumni wishing to sharpen their understanding of climate change, on December 12, expert Gary Farner will present on climate risk and discuss its relevance to greater Boston. He'll focus on 3 issues: Do we have to change? Can we change? Do we have the will to change?
Gary will also talk about renewable energy and the role it can play, and describe specific actions we can take to help support our environment for future generations.
Stanford graduate Gary is a locally-based climate advocate who was personally trained by Al Gore and his Climate Reality Project. He will present an updated and abbreviated version of the material that Al Gore outlined in “An Inconvenient Truth” and “An Inconvenient Sequel."
Andrew Teras, municipal credit analyst from Breckinridge Capital Advisors, will also take part in the discussion.
