The Alumni Office is excited to share an initiative launching this spring: Project Tiger Locations (PTL) — a collaborative effort with the Class of 2025 designed to connect graduating seniors with their future regional alumni communities.

Today at the PTL event, each senior will receive a color-coded wristbandrepresenting the city or region they’re moving to after graduation. These wristbands will help them connect with fellow Tigers heading to the same destination — and with alumni like you!

We invite you to join us in welcoming these new graduates during Reunions. Be on the lookout for students wearing wristbands that match your region, and take a moment to introduce yourself and share insights about your local alumni network.
Wristbands were created based on the 12 most popular post-graduation destinations for recent alumni. Some areas were grouped together to capture several regions within a state — for example, there is a single wristband for the state of New Jersey and one for Texas, even though each state includes multiple regional associations.

In addition to these 14 destinations, two additional wristbands were designed for broader alumni communities: a silver wristband for those moving to U.S. locations not otherwise represented, and a white wristband for those heading internationally. There’s also a special wristband for students who are still undecided about their next steps — this one features an orange, black, and white swirl pattern and reads “Wherever the Roar Takes Me.”

Wristbands will be available for Regional Association Leaders at the Reunions Regional Leaders Breakfast on Friday, May 23. We encourage you to wear yours throughout the weekend to help foster these cross-generational connections.

Thank you for helping build community and support among our newest alumni. We’re grateful for your continued engagement and enthusiasm.

Tiger cheers,
Class Affairs and Regional Affairs Teams
