Dear friends,

As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, we would like to take a moment to thank you for your volunteer leadership and highlight a few ways for Princetonians to engage more deeply with Princeton. Please share these special volunteer opportunities with fellow Tigers in your respective networks.

Princeton Internships in Civic Service (PICS)
Become an alumni mentor for summer 2025!

Princeton Internships in Civic Service (PICS) is seeking volunteers to serve as alumni mentors this summer! PICS, housed in the Pace Center for Civic Engagement, will support more than 200 interns this summer. PICS connects each student with an alumni mentor, working to align student interests with alumni backgrounds. Mentors are encouraged to meet with students at least three times over the summer, either in person or virtually. If you are interested in being paired with a young Tiger, please fill out this form by April 28! For more information, contact Emily Sharples

Princeton Research Day (PRD)
Serve as a video judge for Princeton Research Day (PRD)!

The Princeton Research Day (PRD) team is looking for alumni to serve as video judges. Judges will evaluate three-minute video presentations created by PRD participants describing their research projects, performances, artistic works, or other creative expressions between Friday, May 2 – Monday, May 5 at 9 a.m. Judges help play a pivotal role in this event that celebrates the research and creative endeavors of the campus-wide community. If you are interested, please sign up using the PRD Judge Sign Up Form or find more information here.

If you have any questions, please email researchday@princeton.edu

Center for Career Development
Connect with undergraduate and graduate students interested in working and living abroad!

The Princeton Center for Career Development wants to connect current undergraduate and graduate students with alumni working and living abroad. Students are seeking advice and guidance on a myriad of topics, such as the transition from college to a new country, navigating the job search outside the United States, and more. To share your experience and offer support to fellow Tigers, complete an alumni profile on the Career Compass platform. It takes about 15 minutes to complete a profile; when you are finished, the profile will save as a draft that is then reviewed by the Center for Career Development communications team before being published to Career Compass.

For more information, please email amirabal@princeton.edu.

Whether you are a long-standing volunteer for Princeton or just getting started, we thank you for all you do for Princeton.
