Mayor Menino to Award Princeton Prize in Race Relations at PANE Annual Meeting
Join us for a very special event at the Museum of Science where we will recognize the Princeton Prize in Race Relations in Boston winner and hear Boston Mayor Thomas Menino speak and present the prize and three certificates of achievement.


Save the date of May 11 for an Annual Meeting that you do not want to miss!  PANE will be hosting its meeting at the Museum of Science, in Cambridge.  PANE will conduct its annual business meeting, as well as recognize the winner of this year's Princeton Prize in Race Relations.  Our guest speaker will be Boston Mayor Thomas Menino, who will award the Princeton Prize.

The Annual Meeting is free to all registered PANE members.  You can be come a PANE member easily by registering online now.  Once registered, you can purchase the free members-only event tickets for the Annual Meeting.  Members can also purchase a second free ticket for a guest.

Winners of the Princeton Prize in Race Relations, runners-up, and their families and guests are also able to purchase free tickets for the event.  If you are an alumnus of Princeton and would like to attend the meeting, but are not a member of PANE, tickets for the Annual Meeting are $30.

Logistics for May 11

The PPRR award ceremony will take place in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Princeton Association of New England (PANE). The meeting will be held in the Blue Hall at MOS which presently is housing an exhibit entitled RACE - Are We So Different – A New Look at Race Through Three Lenses: History, Human Variation, and Lived Experience.   

The schedule for the evening will be as follows:

    6:00    Reception
    6:30    PANE Annual Business Meeting
    7:00    Remarks by Mayor Menino
    7:30    Awarding of the Princeton Prize and Certificates of Achievement
    7:50    Greeting time, socializing and photographs with the Mayor
