Welcome to the Princeton Association of New England - PANE Start-Up Meet-Up

PANE Start-Up Meet-Up
Boston-Based Network for National Princeton Entrepreneurship Council (PEC)

There are two upcoming alumni activities for entrepreneurs, investors and affiliated services.

1) On Tuesday January 24 from 7-9pm, PANE will be hosting a Start-up Meet-up for alumni and friends who are either thinking about a startup or who have made the leap. We will gather in the offices of Mintz Levin, Cohn at 1 Financial Center in Boston to network and exchange suggestions and feedback.  If you have had some idea burning in the back of your mind, this is a great opportunity to start putting the pieces together and to think about how to get it going.  Or if you are already in the midst of a startup, then this is a chance to engage with other like-minded people and see how they handle issues of investments, first customers and first employees. Investors and lawyers are, of course, also strongly invited to see what our alumni friends are up to and to be there to ask and answer questions.  This meetup can also serve as touch point for those applying to item 2 below.  Please contact John Koger '85 jkoger@alumni.princeton.edu to sign up or to ask questions, but also RSVP here on the paneonline.org website.

2)Princeton Entrepreneurship Council (PEC) has announced a Silicon Valley Startup Roadshow for early and growth stage companies seeking institutional investments. Selected startups will have the opportunity to present to several world-class venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Intel Capital, Redpoint, Artiman Ventures, Greylock Partners, and more. These Princeton-related startups are expected to have already achieved revenue or demonstrated momentum toward revenue, and are looking to further grow and scale their businesses. They need to be founded or managed by Princeton alumni, faculty, or graduate/post-doc students.

This two-day roadshow will be held in the Silicon Valley offices of law firm Fenwick & West on April 6-7, 2017. Applications can be completed online, and are due by February 1, 2017.  Please indicate your interest by contacting Don Seitz of PEC at donseitz@princeton.edu. All Roadshow questions should also be directed to him.
