Welcome to the Princeton Association of New England - Save the Charles River in a Free Canoe

Save the Charles River in a Free Canoe
Remove Invasive Water Chestnuts that are Suffocating the Native Plants!

Alumni and friends are invited to join a group on Saturday, July 23 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Newton Historic Boathouse in Auburndale (one mile from the Woodland Green D Line Statiion) to paddle around and fill big bins with the evil water chestnuts that are choking native Charles River life. Free canoe rentals are included in thanks for your help in pulling invasive plants in the beautiful "Lakes" section of the Charles River.  We'll have an optional lunch/brunch plan for apres-canoe.  Sign up here for this free event, and contact Mary Koger, mkskoger@alumni.princeton.edu for more details.
